Tracking your Order:
We will send you a dispatch email once we have processed your order which will include the track and trace number. This will give you full visibility of your order’s progress.
Returns & Refunds:
If a product is faulty or you have received an incorrect item, we will gladly exchange, refund your purchase provided that goods are returned within 10 days of purchase and in original condition.
In order to make a return or arrange a refund or exchange, please contact us on juiceboxpumps@gmail.com to notify us of the issue and preferred remedy. Please note that proof of purchase and photos will be required before a decision is made regarding the issue, and the goods must be returned to us before a refund or exchange can be made.
Any items being returned must be adequately packed, ideally in their original packaging, and clearly labelled to ensure they are not damaged or lost during the return process.
Processing of returns:
Once your return has been received and processed, we will email you to confirm the refund or exchange process. Any refunds will be made back to the credit card the item was purchased with. Please allow 1-2 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
Sale/discounted/clearance items:
Please note that sale or discounted items are for FINAL sale. They may not be returned, refunded or exchanged under any circumstance.
